As you then take on more people and move to larger premises, take on more work, take on more people, need to bring in more sales to pay for the increasing overhead then what? Is it more of the same vicious circle? It’s then generally not so exciting but it can be.

It is a continual process of accessing where your business is going, asking what is the forecast within your sector of the next 3 years and your strategy to move forward.
