CEO/Managing Director Meetings
You can often feel isolated in business and CEO/Managing Director meetings are a great way to share challenges and concerns with like minded business owners
The objective is to meet monthly and share experiences, knowledge and generally air business issues. These meetings can be especially useful when your business is going through significant change – in those periods all assistance can be welcome!
The group is made up of 10-15 CEO’s, with the criteria for membership being; Owner/Managers in companies primarily of a turnover between £3m – £20m and within a close geographical proximity of the group to meet and share thoughts & ideas.
It will give you unbiased and objective advice from experienced and seasoned business owners and you will undoubtedly benefit from the years of experience and expertise around the table.
What members say:
"The group is very committed to one another, we'll help each other in a crisis whether that's business or personal; they're always there for you"
"I have been pushed to the limits with various issues. I think that without the meetings, I probably would have thrown in the towel"
"There can be problems I've been thinking about for weeks that get sorted in an hour, that's where I find the most value"
Each group member will be carefully selected based on their compatibility within the group. Crucially, groups will contain no competing industry members and generally no customers or suppliers within the same group, although as relationships develop you may inevitably do business with some of your peers.
It's a great, mutually beneficial resource and support network
If you meet the criteria to join a CEO/Business owner membership group, regardless of where you are based in the country, we’ll introduce you to your nearest group so you can start reaping the benefits as soon as possible.
How it works
Given the nature of the conversations that take place, confidentiality is paramount. Peer groups encourage a non-judgemental and open environment for you to air your challenges and business issues.
As opposed to being told the actions you should take, peer advisory groups encourage members to share their business plans and targets with members, with a clear emphasis on group accountability. Your peers will support you in your plans and be eager to hear the results of your actions at each meeting.
