The objective is to meet monthly and share experiences, knowledge and generally air business issues. These meetings can be especially useful when your business is going through significant change – in those periods all assistance can be welcome!
The group is made up of 10-15 CEO’s, with the criteria for membership being; Owner/Managers in companies primarily of a turnover between £3m – £20m and within a close geographical proximity of the group to meet and share thoughts & ideas.
It will give you unbiased and objective advice from experienced and seasoned business owners and you will undoubtedly benefit from the years of experience and expertise around the table.

Crucially, groups will contain no competing industry members and generally no customers or suppliers within the same group, although as relationships develop you may inevitably do business with some of your peers.

As opposed to being told the actions you should take, peer advisory groups encourage members to share their business plans and targets with members, with a clear emphasis on group accountability. Your peers will support you in your plans and be eager to hear the results of your actions at each meeting.
