Having bought and sold a number of companies, he knows first-hand the pitfalls and the benefits to be gained. He is a founder member of The Business Board team that helps business owners maximise the value of their business and its assets. Nigel’s experience in growing, operating, and merging businesses means he is perfectly placed to to offer genuine guidance and introductions.

Jonathan Pender, Phillips Solicitors:

Specialism: Acting for companies in Commercial Property and Corporate Law

Jonathan was a founding member of Phillips Solicitors, when the firm was established in 1986.

He qualified in law at Southampton University and, apart from some international travel, has practised in the legal profession since 1983. Jonathan rolls up his sleeves, gets on with the business and gives practical advice, presented in a sensible and understandable way.
