A thought provoking 'round table' workshop presented by Everyman Legal & The Business Board

Brief Agenda
“We’re all going to retire (or move on) some day and stats show that in around 80% of cases this is unplanned, having been prompted by an unexpected ‘human event’. So, why don’t we plan this?”Dominic Marlow, The Business Board
Guest Speakers
Dominic Marlow, The Business Board: www.thebusinessboard.co.uk
Dominic is a successful business broker having completed in excess of 100 transactions over the past 10 years. Typically his clients are owner operators with businesses of up to £10m turnover.

James Hunt, Everyman Legal: www.everymanlegal.com
With 35 years experience as a business lawyer, James helps owner managers grow their companies to a successful transition of ownership. His experience ranges from share incentives to reorganisations, equity fund raising and IPO’s to restructuring, shareholder disputes and intellectual property licensing.
