Nigel built a group of companies to £10 million, employing close to 100 employees primarily in the now challenging sector of print and direct mail.
Starting in early 1990’s from literally a ‘spare room’, Nigel built up a marketing and direct mail business and after several years bought and merged a number of companies to form the group.
He created the Board as a supporting Body to Businesses, initially within print and direct mail, to help them develop in their businesses in the ‘modern world’.
He knows first hand what it is like to have the successes and what help is required to tackle the challenges.
In addition to print and direct mail, Nigel has owned companies in retail, construction and hospitality.
In retail building up a chain of 6 outlets, in construction doing small developments of 1-6 houses and hospitality primarily within catering business owning a catering company and restaurants.
His career started when still a student with a market stall, in Bilston west midlands, selling check shirts and white socks (they were in fashion then !), at the same market as the Poundland founder.
